And we arrive at the second full moon of the year already – if you are following the gregorian calendar, that is.
But if you want a second chance at a fresh start in 2023, then tell yourself that the Chinese New Year began the day after the Aquarius New Moon on the 22nd of Jan!
Quite frankly, if you feel like January was a write-off, I wouldn’t blame you!
I, for one, like to think I am making a fresh start this February. However, the same crash-bang wallop seems to be following me around like I have the whole array of kitchen saucepans tied to my ankles.
My positive feeling about 2023 being a light year, is only slightly marred in comparison, let’s give it a chance to warm up, shall we? January arrived with so much change and planets going direct that chaos burst from its’ seams.
If you feel on the one hand that a lot of change happened, and on the other, like you are still caught like a hamster on a wheel, then I hear you, hamster! Let’s keep the faith that all our efforts are not wasted.
The Lion would not stand for a hamster in a wheel now, would it? Nope. It would gobble it up in an instant.
Especially with his Leo moon squaring Uranus!
Trust that the intentions you had in January are coming to another level.
You are so close. There are just a couple of words of warning, so you allow it to happen.
Imagine
Believe
Allow
Okay, that is three, but three magic words.
Leo is bold, daring and creative, it roars at you until you feel the vibration deep within your heart and connects you with both your vulnerability and desire at the same time.
So let’s try an exercise, shall we?
The IBA index is a favourite of mine, downloaded to me by my guides, it’s like the BMI Index but for your manifestation index rather than body mass 🙂
I stands for Imagination.
B for Belief
A for Allowance.
Just close your eyes – or maybe not, seeing as you have to read this but definitely:
- Think of something that happened in the past that you wanted to happen and rate it out of 10 for the following (10 being max):
I – How much could you imagine it happening?
B – How much could you believe in it happening?
A – How much you were allowing it to happen (you might find this easier to think how worthy were you feeling of it?)
- Now think of something you wanted to happen that didn’t, and rate it out of 10 for the following (10 being max):
I – How much could you imagine it happening?
B – How much could you believe in it happening?
A – How much you were allowing it to happen (you might find this easier to think how worthy were you feeling of it?)
- Now think of that thing you want to happen currently rate it out of 10 for the following (10 being max):
I – How much can you imagine it happening?
B – How much can you believe in it happening?
A – How much you are allowing it to happen (you might find this easier to think how worthy are you feeling of it?)
Now take a look at what you got.
The thing you want to manifest is probably going to be below the score of the thing you already manifested (or it would have manifested).
But just how far below?
If it’s just below, there’s only a little work to do, but if it’s below the thing that didn’t manifest then there is a lot of work to do.
Either way, how do you do the work?
There are three keys to this exercise working:
- Honesty – and Leo is a very honest sign, use some of that bold, brazen energy to get really honest with yourself
- Acceptance – This is not an affirmation exercise! Accept where you are – don’t try to be somewhere you are not – a downfall of the Leo pride.
- Allowance is the key, contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t matter how much you can imagine or believe if you aren’t allowing it. A deep concept so I will expand below.
The art of allowing:
Your ability to allow hinges directly on your self-worth, and with a moon in Leo the temptation to puff up our chests and pretend we are grand when we are feeling small is strong.
If you don’t feel worthy of something, you won’t let it in, for all the dreams in China, so what do you do if the IBA Index above has shown you up and uncovered that you are feeling meek as a mouse this Leo full moon?
Well, the first thing is to resist the temptation to be something you are not, get very real and honest about where you are and what you need, and embrace your Inner Jerry. Just think of all the times he got one over on Tom, all because he had healthy mouse-esteem!
In plain English, all you have to do is get your allowance score to the place it was in the thing you manifested.
It doesn’t matter about your imagination or belief! Get that! Wow!
But how?
You ask yourself, what one thing would take your score up a notch?
Then you do that thing.
Then ask yourself the question above again and again until you’ve got it to the score of the thing you manifested in the past, and hey, pesto! Well, hopefully, you asked for more than pesto.
It takes unlocking your heart, getting roaringly real about what you really want AND asking for it, but by doing this exercise first you’ll be asking for it in the way that ALLOWS rather than REPELS.
Leo’s lesson is all about learning to empower the self rather than lording power over others.
Not from the fake Tom place but the real Jerry place within.
If you do the above, and it doesn’t come through, then maybe it is time to get off that hamster wheel and move on after all.
Love,
Tiff
P.S) One more note about allowing – it was the final song on the Aquarius New Moon AstroTarotDance a couple of weeks ago – AND the beginning sentence “I’m allowing” was sung just as the clock struck New Moon O’clock!
P.P.S) Leo full moon is where that allowing manifests – so how about joining your pack over in the Open Circle for this Leo Full Moon’s AstroTarotDance/Pray/Heal here (at 5 pm UK, though you’ll need to get in through the manifest a mouse a month hole before then) to see what magical divinely timed thing pops at Leo Full Moon O’Clock? (6:28 pm UK).
